On 12/06/23 on my last day of Charlotte NC I’ve stopped by Krispy Kreme to get a dozen original glazed donuts and they were absolutely delicious the donuts in Charlotte tasted better than the one I get in Wayne county and I will definitely be returning to this particular Krispy Kreme when I got back to Charlotte NC. The only thing I didn’t like about this Krispy Kreme is that one of the employees got real upset and threw her headset that they use at the drive thru’s and said im DONE!!!! and walked out but she did came back afterwards now if should would hit someone with that headset who fault that would be. But overall the best donuts in NC in my opinion💯👍.

Been here a few times that I can count one hand. Went there on a Sunday night to pick up my order. As soon as i walked into the lobby all the staff members just stared at me. No hello or how can I help you. It was hella weird interaction. When I eventually told them I was picking up. The lady staff member slowly walked over the counter and stared at the order. I proceeded to give my name and she still staring in confusion. She then yes this your order but. had to modify your order. I was like fine . gave me the order and I walked out. Other than that it was fine

Great experience at Krispy Kreme. Well, let's be honest... with donuts how can you have a bad experience!?! But for real, the two ladies who were working at the time my son and I visited were super kind. They talked to my son and joked around with him. He ordered an M&M donut and I had a chocolate custard filled donut. Both donuts were delish! We enjoyed our mother/son morning out at Krispy Kreme!
